Clean Express Car Wash did an amazing job on my vehicle today. The car came out spotless and shining like new the wash was fast and thorough and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, it is great to see a business that cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Clean Express to friends and family. great service great people and a great wash.

I just became a monthly member at the 2nd to highest level. Went through wash and it didnt get it all the way clean. Figure it was just too dirty from highway driving. Next day took it through again and it still wasn't clean. Husband said it was the same for his SUV. Felt like they were pushing the cars through faster causing them not to get clean or very dry. Will probably cancel membership and try another place.

Since they started cropping up, I've been to almost all the car wash brands and this one is one of the best. It's got the most affordable basic option (that still cleans well) especially if you don't want to spend $$ on the top tier package. And the vacuums always work well. I don't have a membership so I just pay each time. Once they gave a little car freshener which was a nice touch!

I have been a loyal customer since Clean Express first opened, and I never had any issues until recently. During one of my visits, my truck's antenna wing was ripped off by one of the brushes in the car wash. The staff found the damaged part, and I spoke to the manager, Daniel, who was very polite and apologetic about the incident. However, I recently received a call informing me that Clean Express cannot take responsibility for the damage, citing "wear and tear" as the reason. As a Quality Manager, I can confidently say the damage occurred during the wash at their facility. This is concerning for other customers, as it suggests Clean Express will not take accountability for damages caused on their premises. Despite admitting that the damage occurred at their facility and acknowledging that similar incidents have happened before, Clean Express declined to take any corrective action, not even offering a refund or credit for the inconvenience. I have been paying $40 per month for their services, which totals $480 annually. While I’ll save that money going forward, it’s disappointing that a company with my long-standing patronage has chosen to handle this situation so poorly. I wil

This was my first time going through the Clean Express Auto Wash in Elyria. My vehicle was pretty dirty and the auto wash did a great job of getting it clean. I chose the CLEAN EST ULTRA Signature Wash + Ceramic package. The smell of the soap in the Carwash is nice. I could smell it while I was going through the wash and for a little while after. I loved that even my tires were shiny and clean. Gotta love free vacuums & free air!! There are several vacuum stations which makes it nice because it was busy but I didn’t have to wait on a spot to open. To vacuum my car. The attendant that greeted me was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend any of their locations.
